岗位职责：

1.Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all BanYan Tree’s SOP policy.

确保了解并执行悦榕庄的SOP原则。

2.Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated, maintain a smooth daily operation in the restaurant.

确保运营标准的周期性回顾与更新。

3.Be responsible for always maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards.

始终确保部门的安全和卫生标准。

4.Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.

对本部门的所有固定资产和流动资产担负保护和管理的责任。

5.Assist the follow-up after the maintenance inspection on a weekly basis.

做好每月预防性的维修检查。

6.Always enforce BanYan Tree’s Hospitality.

始终贯彻悦榕庄热情好客的原则。

7.Report to work in uniform with appearance standard by the scheduled time. Off with superior’s permission.

按照排班，准时着工装上班，得到主管许可后下班。

8.Attend the Briefing to understand the direction of the department \ hotel and better up-selling technique.

参加班前例会以充分了解部门和酒店并更好的向客人推销。
