岗位职责:
1.Cleans and services all guest villas according to the pre-determined standards as per schedules
根据预先的标准,清洁和服务客房。
2.Turns down guest rooms in a timely manner as directed
按要求及时给客人提供开夜床服务。
3.Reports engineering failures and breakdowns to immediate supervisors, report any damage or loss in a guest room immediately after being found.
及时向主管报告工程缺陷,发现房间任何破损和丢失马上报告
4.Cleans and maintains housekeeping pantries ensuring par stocks are properly in order
清洁和维护客房部的工作间,确保存储物井然有序
5.Guest room and store all service items and amenities, equipment, linens etc,monthly inventory and record to supervisor
每月盘点客房内及仓库里所有服务项目和对客用品,设备,布草等报告给主管,
6.Checks the condition of plants both within and outside the villas and reports any problems to immediate supervisor
检查别墅内外的植物,发现问题立即报告给主管
7.Report minibar consumption to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Minibar replenishment, inventory, ensure all minibar items are within the expiry date.
把酒水消费报给客房部的主管,补充迷你吧,盘点迷你吧,确保所有迷你吧物品是在有效使用期之内。
8.Reports any suspicious persons, packages or activities to Security immediately.
及时向保安部报告任何可疑人物、包裹或事件。
9.To attend to any ad hoc guests requests ensuring that they are is properly attended to
留心所有的客人需求,确保得到合理的关注
10.Executes departmental administration filling in forms and checklists as required on time
执行部门的管理,按要求准时填写表格和检查表
11.Ensure all lost property is handed to housekeeping immediately.
保证及时上交客房部所发现的遗失财物
12.Maintains and adheres to the policy regarding lost and found and reports any security concerns to supervisors
维持和坚持酒店相关客人遗留物品的政策,报告任何安全隐患给主管
