1.To drop off and collect guests in the hotel buggy according to the standards and procedures of the hotel.
按酒店标准程序用电瓶车接送客人。
2.To deliver and collect luggage in a timely and efficient manner.
送行李到客人房间，及时有效并礼貌的对待客人。
3.To load and unload cars on arrival and departure of guests, and assist guests entering and leaving the vehicles.
在客人上下车时帮客人开车门并提醒客人车顶高度。
4.To load and unload guests’ belongings on arrival and departure of the guests, and assist guests entering and leaving the vehicles.
在客人到店或离店时，应帮助客人上下行李。
5.Answer guest inquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information.
用准确适当的信息，解答客人询问。
