一、前厅部实习生（5名）

需求专业：
酒店管理/旅游管理/商务英语
岗位职责:
group movements, preparations and maintaining correct billings.
对账调账确保账单的正确。
carry out administrative requirements as directed.
落实行政要求指示。
all incoming and outgoing mail, documenting as required.
按要求处理所有进出邮件和文件。
maintain safe and hygiene work places.
维护工作场所的安全和卫生。
seeking for initiatives to improve operational procedures and service standards.
不断寻找方法，改善运作程序和服务标准。

岗位职责：
drop off and collect guests in the hotel buggy according to the standards and
procedures of the hotel.
按酒店标准程序用电瓶车接送客人。
deliver and collect luggage in a timely and efficient manner.
送行李到客人房间，及时有效并礼貌的对待客人。
load and unload cars on arrival and departure of guests, and assist guests entering and leaving the vehicles.
在客人上下车时帮客人开车门并提醒客人车顶高度。
load and unload guests’ belongings on arrival and departure of the guests, and assist guests entering and leaving the vehicles.
在客人到店或离店时，应帮助客人上下行李。
guest inquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information.
用准确适当的信息，解答客人询问。

岗位职责：
and services all guest villas according to the pre-determined standards as per schedules
根据预先的标准，清洁和服务客房。
down guest rooms in a timely manner as directed
按要求及时给客人提供开夜床服务。
engineering failures and breakdowns to immediate supervisors, report any damage or loss in a guest room immediately after being found.
及时向主管报告工程缺陷,发现房间任何破损和丢失马上报告
and maintains housekeeping pantries ensuring par stocks are properly in order
清洁和维护客房部的工作间，确保存储物井然有序
room and store all service items and amenities, equipment, linens etc,monthly inventory and record to supervisor
每月盘点客房内及仓库里所有服务项目和对客用品，设备，布草等报告给主管,
the condition of plants both within and outside the villas and reports any problems to immediate supervisor
检查别墅内外的植物，发现问题立即报告给主管
minibar consumption to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Minibar replenishment, inventory, ensure all minibar items are within the expiry date.
把酒水消费报给客房部的主管，补充迷你吧,盘点迷你吧，确保所有迷你吧物品是在有效使用期之内。
attend to any ad hoc guests requests ensuring that they are is properly attended to
留心所有的客人需求，确保得到合理的关注

确保了解并执行悦榕庄的SOP原则。
operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated, maintain a smooth daily operation in the restaurant.
确保运营标准的周期性回顾与更新。
responsible for always maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards.
始终确保部门的安全和卫生标准。
responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
对本部门的所有固定资产和流动资产担负保护和管理的责任。
the follow-up after the maintenance inspection on a weekly basis.
做好每月预防性的维修检查。
enforce BanYan Tree’s Hospitality.
始终贯彻悦榕庄热情好客的原则。
to work in uniform with appearance standard by the scheduled time. Off with superior’s permission.
按照排班，准时着工装上班，得到主管许可后下班。
